Automotive Intelligence Solutions (“AIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software and technology services for automotive dealerships and dealer groups. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when individuals interact with our websites, software, and dealership communication workflows.

Information We Collect

Depending on the service and dealership workflow, we may collect contact information, vehicle information, communications, documents or images submitted for a transaction, appointment information, device and usage information, and other information required to support a dealership transaction or service request.

How We Use Information

Provide and operate AIS software and dealership workflows.
Support vehicle acquisition, evaluation, offer, documentation, appointment, pickup, and related transaction processes.
Communicate about an inquiry, transaction, appointment, or requested dealership service.
Detect fraud, protect accounts and transactions, and maintain platform security.
Improve services and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Text Messaging and Consent

Where an individual has provided consent to receive SMS messages, AIS or the participating dealership may send messages related to the individual’s vehicle inquiry, offer, requested documents, appointment, pickup, transaction status, or customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent an individual from using other available dealership or web-based communication channels.

SMS consent is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers and telecommunications partners only as needed to provide the messaging service or support the requested transaction.

How We Share Information

We may share information with the dealership involved in the transaction, service providers that operate technology on our behalf, identity or data providers used to support requested workflows, telecommunications providers, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and retain it for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable service, transaction, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or legal purpose.

Your Choices

Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information where applicable and may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
